Standard, Initial, and Deep Cleaning include an empty kitchen sink. A small number of dishes may be placed in the dishwasher when company policy enables it; large quantities of dishes are not included.

We clean the inside glass and reachable sills of your windows for a clearer, tidier finish. Windows must be safely reachable from inside without ladders or moving heavy furniture; normal cleaning does not include screen repair or glass restoration.

Heavy pet hair

We add focused vacuuming and detail work in areas with heavier-than-usual pet hair. Please secure pets and clear reachable surfaces; this supports a normal clean but does not promise complete removal, upholstery restoration, or odor treatment.

We detail-wipe reachable baseboards throughout the home to remove everyday dust and buildup. Please make the edges accessible by moving small items; normal cleaning does not include paint repair, restoration, or unsafe access.

Additional refrigerator

We clean the shelves, drawers, walls, and other reachable interior surfaces of one additional empty refrigerator. Please remove food and containers and ensure the appliance is safe to open; normal cleaning does not include odor, stain, or appliance restoration.

Service policies

Our cleaning professionals will move lightweight items when necessary to clean accessible areas. For safety, we do not move heavy furniture, large appliances, electronics, or fragile/high-value items.

We clean areas that can be safely reached using company-approved step equipment. Areas requiring specialty ladders or unsafe climbing are not included.

We're happy to clean around everyday life, but picking up clothing, toys, papers, and personal belongings allows our team to spend more time cleaning. Significant clutter that prevents access to surfaces may reduce what we're able to clean during the scheduled visit.

We make existing beds. Changing sheets is an optional paid add-on; customers should place clean linens on the bed. Do not make beds containing people, pets, wet bedding, or unsafe items.

Standard cleaning includes emptying normal household wastebaskets. Large trash bags, excess trash, furniture, boxes, junk removal, and hazardous materials require separate service or manual review.
