Verified status
TidyOps has confirmed the setup path, production data flow, permission boundaries, known limitations, and support ownership described below.
Setup
- A company owner connects and configures the business payment account from the TidyOps payments workspace.
- New payment activity moves to the connected account only after TidyOps records a verified cutover.
- Customers enter payment details in Stripe-hosted payment elements. TidyOps never asks staff to copy card numbers into the workspace.
How data moves
- TidyOps sends the booking amount, currency, internal record references, and payment mode to Stripe.
- Stripe returns a payment or setup result to the customer checkout.
- Signed Stripe webhook events reconcile payment status, receipts, refunds, disputes, saved methods, and booking confirmation in TidyOps.
Limitations
- This page covers customer service payments. TidyOps subscription billing is a separate platform workflow.
- Payment availability depends on the connected Stripe account, its supported countries, currencies, payment methods, and Stripe review.
- TidyOps does not publish Stripe credentials, full card numbers, or client secrets in integration content or analytics.
- Accounting exports and other accounting, scheduling, and automation connections are not currently published as verified integrations.
Permissions and data access
- Company owners manage payment-account setup and cutover.
- Customers can manage their own saved payment methods and booking balances.
- Staff payment actions remain role- and location-scoped inside TidyOps.
- Stripe processes payment credentials; TidyOps stores provider references and limited display details such as card brand and last four digits.
Support
- TidyOps support can help with workspace setup, booking payment state, and reconciliation questions.
- Stripe handles connected-account verification, payout eligibility, and payment-method availability.
- For a failed payment, use the visible TidyOps status and Stripe account records; never send credentials or full card details to support.
