TidyOps Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2026Last Updated: September 6, 2026

TidyOps respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how HCP Automation LLC dba HSP Automation (“HSP Automation,” “TidyOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes information when you visit mytidyops.com, use the TidyOps software platform, interact with us, or otherwise use services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

TidyOps provides software designed to help cleaning businesses manage their operations, including customers, properties, estimates, jobs, staff, scheduling, and related business information.

This Privacy Policy also explains the distinction between information TidyOps collects for its own purposes and information that our business customers process through TidyOps.

1. Our Role When Processing Information

TidyOps may process personal information in different capacities depending on how the information is collected and used.

  • Otherwise interact directly with TidyOps.

For this information, TidyOps generally acts as the business or data controller, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.

Customer Data Processed Through TidyOps

  • Appointments;

  • Services; and

Depending on applicable privacy law, the TidyOps customer may therefore act as the data controller or business, while TidyOps acts as a data processor or service provider.

If you are a consumer, employee, contractor, prospective customer, or other individual whose information has been entered into TidyOps by one of our business customers, questions or requests regarding that information should generally be directed first to the business that collected your information.

We encourage users to review the applicable privacy policies and terms before providing personal information to or enabling integrations with third-party services.
