TidyOps Roadmap

See what has shipped, what is actively in progress, and what remains planned. In-progress work appears under Now, while work that has not started appears under Next.

Shipped versus remaining

Items marked Shipped reflect completed delivery records. In-progress and planned items represent current priorities based on user feedback, not delivery guarantees. Votes help us gauge interest, but they don't automatically schedule features.

Completed

Delivered capabilities with a recorded completion status.

Synchronized implementation roadmap

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Roadmap delivery states now stay separate from publication and can be synchronized with production releases.

TidyOps now shows whether published roadmap work is planned, in progress, or shipped. Completion records the release time, administrator edits preserve optimistic concurrency and revision history, and stable Stage 1–9 entries are managed through the production migration ledger without promising delivery dates.

Pricing model feedback

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: evidence-backed pricing model feedback compares estimated and actual job economics for manager review.

TidyOps now compares estimated and actual labor, duration, cost, margin, and revenue per labor hour across service and property segments. Managers can review the evidence and sample sufficiency behind pricing-model feedback before making a change; the workflow remains advisory and every pricing change remains manager-reviewed. Historical bookings and pricing records are not rewritten.

Recurring account pricing reviews — Shipped

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: deterministic recurring-account economics and safe effective-dated rate review.

Managers can inspect completed recurring visits against configurable margin and revenue-per-labor-hour targets, with explicit cost completeness and confidence. Reviews are location-scoped, auditable, concurrency-safe, and approvals update only future recurring agreement pricing while preserving historical bookings.

Pricing recommendation dashboard

Shipped on 9/11/2026

Shipped: one manager workspace consolidates completed-job pricing feedback and recurring-account rate recommendations.

TidyOps now gives managers a filtered, paginated Pricing Recommendations view for recurring accounts, service labor targets, property segments, service-area economics, material-cost evidence, and pricing assumptions. Each item explains the signal, evidence quality, recommended next step, and authoritative review action. Review, dismissal, snooze, exclusion, and approved recurring adjustments continue through their existing guarded workflows; pricing is never changed automatically.

Capacity and hiring intelligence — Shipped

Shipped on 9/8/2026

Shipped: practical capacity forecasts, probability-separated demand, and evidence-backed advisory hiring signals.

TidyOps now gives authorized managers daily, weekly, and monthly views of practical, committed, remaining, recurring, one-time, and unassigned labor capacity. Expected pipeline demand is labeled separately from booked work and remains unknown when probability evidence is insufficient. Advisory hiring signals require sustained, complete evidence; administrators can inspect explicit hiring-economics assumptions without exposing compensation-derived details to managers. Forecasts use each location's time zone, preserve incomplete-data states, and never change schedules, staffing, compensation, or bookings automatically.

Sales execution and lost demand

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Sales execution controls are shipped.

Shipped configurable first-response accountability, a tenant-scoped follow-up queue, consent-aware estimate follow-up scheduling, structured lost reasons, and clearly labeled estimated capacity-loss reporting.

Marketing and service-area intelligence

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Marketing and service-area intelligence is shipped.

Shipped consent-aware first and last touch attribution, tenant-scoped monthly spend with manual/import provenance, realized funnel economics, and sparse-sample ZIP and service-area reporting backed by authoritative booking and operations data.

Retention and churn intelligence

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Retention intelligence is shipped with explainable, tenant-scoped evidence.

Shipped structured recurring cancellation categories while preserving free text, denominator-defined churn aggregates, reactivation and tenure reporting, and reviewable behavior evidence for managers and administrators. Sparse, incomplete, inactive, paused, and backfilled data remain explicitly labeled.

Custom webhooks

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: tenant-scoped, signed outbound webhooks with durable delivery history and safe retries.

TidyOps now provides owner- and administrator-managed HTTPS subscriptions for approved event types. Signing secrets are encrypted and shown only on creation or rotation; versioned envelopes use HMAC signatures, bounded retries, claim fencing, SSRF protections, test delivery, and safe replay. Delivery failures remain isolated per destination and tenant.

Vacation rental calendar automation

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Plan standards-based calendar automation for Airbnb, VRBO, and other iCal vacation-rental feeds.

The planned capability will map protected calendar feeds to TidyOps properties, services, checklists, and turnover rules; calculate turnover windows; and reconcile reservation changes without duplicating work. It will be described as calendar-feed integration rather than an unsupported direct marketplace partnership.

Customer growth programs

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Customer growth credits, referrals, and gift cards are shipped with one immutable financial authority.

Shipped tenant-scoped immutable customer credit accounting with expiration and idempotency, qualified referral rewards with replay and self-referral protections, and provider-pinned gift cards whose pending purchases activate only after payment success and redeem into the shared customer credit ledger.

Business readiness and management — Shipped

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: optional business readiness, compliance renewal tracking, and owner goals with explicit privacy and advisory boundaries.

TidyOps now provides resumable, opt-in readiness tracking; company and location compliance records with private supporting references and deduplicated renewal reminders; and owner goals that compare supported reporting actuals with explicit targets. Records are tenant- and scope-authorized, audited, and time-zone aware. TidyOps tracks records rather than certifying legal sufficiency, and goals remain advisory without changing schedules, pricing, bookings, or reporting source data.

Quality and customer experience — Shipped

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: manager quality inspections, customer-service recovery cases, and immutable customer completion reports.

Quality inspections use versioned templates and immutable submitted facts. Customer-service cases remain separate from unsafe-condition safety reports, support reclean and credit recovery links, and are tenant/location authorized. Customer reports are immutable snapshots composed only from customer-visible sources.

Advanced planning and exceptions — Shipped

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: versioned, non-binding hiring scenarios and a deduplicated cross-domain management exception queue.

Managers can calculate, save, version, and compare advisory hiring scenarios without changing pricing, schedules, staffing, goals, or customer records. The Dashboard references authoritative pricing, capacity, sales, compliance, retention, quality, and customer-service exceptions with ownership, acknowledgement, resolution, severity, evidence, and direct action links.

Angi lead integration

Shipped on 9/16/2026

Shipped: hardened, tenant-contained Angi CRM delivery.

TidyOps now supports the shipped inbound Angi CRM lead-delivery path. A company owner configures an Angi account and contact email, then manually emails crmintegrations@angi.com to complete the provider handoff with the tenant receiver URL and generated x-api-key. The receiver accepts Angi’s fixed JSON contract, authenticates only with x-api-key, validates and normalizes known lead fields, preserves consent evidence, deduplicates by Angi lead ID, and creates or updates the lead in the configured company location. Setup status, test-delivery verification, bounded retry handling, diagnostics, credential rotation, and revocation are available to authorized company users. This release does not scrape Angi, buy leads, or expose a pull API, and tenant identity is never taken from the payload. Hardening adds credential-version verification fencing, race-safe key mutation, retry attempt persistence and bounded retention cleanup.

Actively being worked on or researched.

Integration platform & event foundation

In progress

Create the shared connection, event, synchronization, and health foundation for future TidyOps integrations.

TidyOps plans to establish reusable, tenant-safe infrastructure for provider connections, encrypted credentials, external record mappings, durable sync runs, authenticated webhooks, versioned business events, recovery, and operational health. This foundation is intended to keep later integrations consistent without presenting any unfinished provider as available.

QuickBooks Online integration

In progress

QuickBooks Online accounting synchronization is in progress.

TidyOps is building a controlled accounting handoff for customers, finalized invoices, payments, refunds, credits, mappings, reconciliation, and safe resync. TidyOps remains authoritative for cleaning operations, pricing, invoices, and payment state; public availability still requires verified production OAuth, tenant isolation, duplicate prevention, and representative record synchronization.

Google Calendar two-way sync

In progress

Plan useful two-way calendar synchronization without allowing personal calendars to bypass scheduling controls.

Assigned jobs and schedule changes are intended to synchronize to connected calendars, while external busy periods can inform TidyOps availability with minimal personal-event data. The planned work includes incremental sync, notification renewal, reconciliation, timezone handling, and explicit conflict review.

Zapier integration

In progress

Move the official Zapier connection into private development testing using the shared TidyOps event and service boundaries.

Private development testing is in progress for an official Zapier connection. The initial scope covers instant triggers for approved lead, customer, estimate, booking, job, payment, and review events, plus carefully authorized actions through normal TidyOps services. Test access is limited to invited development participants; this is not a verified or publicly available integration, and customer availability depends on production approval and end-to-end verification.

Gusto payroll integration

In progress

Plan a controlled handoff of approved TidyOps time records to Gusto payroll workflows.

Companies are intended to connect a Gusto company, map workers, transfer only approved or finalized time, review synchronization status, and safely correct or retry failures. Availability and completion remain dependent on required Gusto production authorization and end-to-end verification. Implementation is in progress but remains explicitly blocked on Gusto production approval.

Next

Priorities lined up for the near future.

Google Local Services Ads integration

Planned

Plan lead ingestion and durable attribution from Google Local Services Ads into the existing TidyOps funnel.

The planned first scope focuses on deduplicated lead capture, supported account and campaign context, lead status, and source attribution from lead through revenue. It does not promise automated budget, bidding, or campaign management.

Thumbtack lead integration

Planned

Plan an official Thumbtack Pro Partner connection for authenticated, deduplicated lead delivery.

The planned integration will use supported OAuth and lead or negotiation webhooks, preserve service-request details and Thumbtack identities, and create or update the existing TidyOps lead timeline. Broader messaging can follow after reliable lead ingestion is proven.

Yelp lead integration

Planned

Plan a native Yelp lead connection when TidyOps has a legitimate supported production path.

The native roadmap scope remains dependent on Yelp partner access for supported subscriptions, lead events, retrieval, attribution, and response workflows. A Zapier route may provide interim automation, but it will not be described as a native Yelp integration.

Quick answers

Are roadmap items guaranteed to be built?
Roadmap items are directional and represent current priorities based on feedback, not delivery guarantees.
