Build an estimate from current service details

The public estimate flow calculates a current estimate from the customer, property, service, frequency, and eligible add-on choices. Customers do not have a separate estimate-history screen.

  1. 1Open Get an estimate from the public site.
  2. 2Enter or confirm the customer and property details requested by the form.
  3. 3Choose an available service, frequency, and eligible add-ons.
  4. 4Review the calculated estimate and any policy information shown with it.
  5. 5If booking is available, continue through scheduling and payment. Otherwise, submit the available request and follow the status shown.
The calculation uses the company’s current published pricing and service rules. Recheck the summary if you change the property, service, frequency, or add-ons.

What happens when I change the estimate inputs?

Review the recalculated summary and disclosures before continuing to booking.

For example, compare a standard recurring clean with a one-time deep clean for the same home. Change the service and frequency rather than manually adjusting an old total. Check which add-ons remain eligible and whether the planned duration or team size changes. Keep the accepted summary as the terms for that estimate.

What are the limits of this workflow?

An estimate does not guarantee an available appointment. Scheduling, eligibility, and any displayed approval requirements still apply. Customers do not have a separate estimate-history screen.
