Manage homes from your customer account

Saved properties are managed inside the customer account, not on a separate Properties page. A saved home can be reused when starting a later estimate.

  1. 1Sign in and open Account.
  2. 2Find the saved homes section.
  3. 3Add a home or choose an existing home to update its supported address, size, room, pet, access, and service details.
  4. 4Save the home before leaving the form.
  5. 5When you start a later estimate, select the saved home and confirm that its details are still accurate.
Only store service-relevant access information. Do not enter alarm PINs, payment details, or other secrets unless the form explicitly requests and protects them.

What should I check before reusing a saved home?

Confirm the address, size, rooms, pets, and service-relevant access details before starting another estimate.

For example, a customer who adds a bathroom should update the saved home before requesting the next estimate. Save the change, select that home in the estimate flow, and check the summary. Reusing a home reduces repeated entry but does not mean an old estimate remains valid after the property changes.

What are the limits of this workflow?

A saved home is not a confirmed booking. Do not use notes to store payment credentials or alarm secrets, and do not expect a separate Properties workspace outside Account.
