Work with a recurring cleaning plan

Customers manage recurring cleaning inside Account. Depending on the plan and company policy, available actions can include booking an eligible cadence, skipping or rescheduling a visit, pausing, resuming, or requesting cancellation.

  1. 1Sign in and open Account, then find recurring service.
  2. 2Review the plan status and upcoming occurrences.
  3. 3Choose one of the actions currently enabled for that plan or occurrence.
  4. 4For a date change, select an available date and arrival window and provide the requested reason.
  5. 5Review the result. Changes close to a visit may be sent to a manager for approval instead of taking effect immediately.
Owners and managers review recurring-service operations from Schedule. Confirmed work remains visible when operating rules change.

Does a requested visit change take effect immediately?

Only the result shown in Account confirms whether the change is accepted or awaiting approval.

For example, if a customer cannot receive a scheduled visit, open that occurrence and use an enabled skip or reschedule action. A date change requires an available date and arrival window. After submitting the reason, reread the status rather than assuming the original appointment has disappeared.

What are the limits of this workflow?

Near-visit requests can require manager approval. Pausing a plan and changing one visit are different actions; review both plan status and upcoming occurrences before making another request.
