Organize site information safely

A commercial site profile organizes facility characteristics, operating and service windows, access procedures, cleaning infrastructure, safety requirements, and contact roles. It is scoped to the commercial account and site permissions.

  1. 1Open the commercial account and choose the site profile.
  2. 2Review facility, access, cleaning-infrastructure, risk, and contact sections.
  3. 3Add or update supported structured fields and save the profile.
  4. 4Review the profile with the assigned team before service when site instructions change.
  5. 5Keep sensitive credentials out of ordinary notes and use protected credential handling where provided.
Do not expose alarm codes, lockbox combinations, personnel information, or internal-only notes through a public link or ordinary site note.

What should I update when site instructions change?

Update the supported site-profile fields and confirm the correct account and site before saving.

For example, a changed service entrance belongs in the site’s service-relevant access procedure. Review the address, operating window, and escalation contact so crews can distinguish an access change from a schedule change. Check the summary after saving rather than assuming a note changed the booked visit.

What are the limits of this workflow?

A site profile does not grant account-wide access. Sensitive credentials are not public notes, QR-label text, or instructions to send to every contact.
