Open the right site profile from a QR label

Commercial QR labels are a secure shortcut to the associated site profile. They do not create a public site dashboard and do not bypass account, location, or site authorization.

  1. 1A manager opens the permitted site profile and generates the supported QR image.
  2. 2Print and place the label only where the commercial account has approved it.
  3. 3Scan the label while signed in to the supported TidyOps account.
  4. 4Confirm that the site name and address are the expected ones before using the profile.
  5. 5Use the profile’s available actions and contact a manager if the site or permissions are incorrect.
QR currently provides secure site-profile access only. It does not expose sensitive credentials or launch an unrestricted public work, inspection, or supply workflow.

Does scanning a QR label bypass sign-in?

No. The label opens the supported site-profile workflow subject to sign-in and site permissions.

For example, after scanning a label at an entrance, confirm the displayed site name and address before following instructions. If the wrong site appears or access fails, contact the manager; do not print a replacement from an unverified URL.

What are the limits of this workflow?

Place labels only where the account has approved them. Profile access does not imply unrestricted work-order, inspection, inventory, or supply permissions.
