Keep a customer record current

The Customers workspace brings each customer’s contact details, referral source, booking history, recurring status, reviews, and service health into one place. Access is limited to authorized staff in the active location.

  1. 1Open Customers from the workspace navigation.
  2. 2Use the search and status filters to find the customer you need.
  3. 3Open the customer record to review current contact details, referral source, service history, and feedback.
  4. 4Choose Edit, update the supported contact or referral fields, and save.
  5. 5Return to the customer list and use recurring-status or referral-source filters when you need a focused view.
Use the customer record as operational context. Never place payment credentials or other secrets in customer notes.

How do I correct a customer’s details without losing service context?

Open the existing customer record and edit its supported fields rather than creating a second record for the same person.

For example, if a customer changes their phone number, find the existing record using the old name or contact details, update the phone field, save, and reopen the record. Review the booking history to confirm you changed the intended customer. A referral note should describe the source of the inquiry, not contain private payment information.

What are the limits of this workflow?

If the customer does not appear, check the active location and filters first. A manager’s access to one location does not grant access to another location’s customer records.
