Review work by commercial service cadence

Commercial scope can include work due each visit, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually. The periodic calendar makes those tasks visible without creating a second general scheduler.

  1. 1Open Commercial and choose Periodic Calendar.
  2. 2Select the account, site, or supported date range for review.
  3. 3Review due today, due this week, due this month, overdue, and upcoming periodic work.
  4. 4Open the scope or related commercial work to confirm its released service context.
  5. 5Schedule or follow up through the supported manager workflow and verify completion when work is done.
The calendar is an operational view. It does not silently change a contract’s scope or price.

Does the periodic calendar change a contract?

No. It makes due work visible; scheduling and contract changes remain separate supported manager actions.

For example, review a quarterly task under its released scope and site before scheduling it. Compare due and overdue work for the selected period, then verify completion through the related service record instead of changing a date solely to remove an overdue label.

What are the limits of this workflow?

A calendar entry is not proof the work was completed. Do not infer new prices, changed scope, or a second general scheduler from the periodic view.
