Turn inspection records into follow-up
The quality dashboard summarizes the inspection and corrective-action records available for the selected commercial account or site. It is a focused operational view, not a replacement for the underlying inspection.
- 1Open Commercial and choose Quality Dashboard.
- 2Select the account, site, and supported time range.
- 3Review inspection count, average score, pass rate, open actions, and overdue actions.
- 4Open failed inspection items or corrective actions to understand the underlying issue.
- 5Assign or follow up on corrective work through the supported workflow and review the next snapshot.
How should I interpret a score from a small number of inspections?
Read the inspection count and underlying records alongside the score before drawing conclusions.
For example, one passing inspection and several open corrective actions answer different questions. Open failed items to understand their scope, assign supported follow-up, and review the next snapshot with the same site and date filters.
What are the limits of this workflow?
A high average does not prove every area passed or that corrective work is complete. A changed filter can change the population being measured.
